We want you to love your Embassy London shoes, so if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn footwear in its original Embassy London box and ensure it is securely packaged inside a mailing bag.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
